Infrared Sauna Therapy

Wanderlux offers personal full spectrum infrared sauna sessions with Chromotherapy to help promote relaxation, detoxification, and many other healing benefits. You know that feeling you get after you work out? That's how you feel after a sauna session! Why? Because you sweat, burn calories, increase dopamine, serotonin and endorphins and eliminate toxins. Clients can relax or gentle yoga in their own private sauna during their session for deep healing while activating the sweat glands. The use of heat therapies to detoxify the body is an ancient healing technique which has a unique ability to heat the body at lower temperatures than traditional saunas.

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring your own water bottle + water. We can also fill up your bottle for you.

We suggest wearing loose clothing after your session.

We provide each client with a towel, another to sit on + a shower wrap.

All sauna rooms are private. Some clients wear bathing suits/undergarments in the sauna, but most wear only the provided wrap.
