Credit card information will be required to secure all bookings.

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. If you cancel outside of this policy, please note that 50% of services booked will be charged to your credit card on file. This includes shortening appointment times + partial service cancellations.

If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment we do consider this a no show and we will have to charge 100% of the services to your credit card in file.

If you arrive 10-15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time, we may have to reschedule your appointment + charge 50% of services booked to your credit card on file.

If you do not show up to your appointment without giving us notice, please note that we will have to charge 100% of services booked to your credit card on file.

Please note that we are a cashless operation. Cash tips are accepted.

There will be a 3% processing fee with any credit card that is used.

Full payment is required at the time of service and all Wanderlux Beauty + Wellness services are non-refundable.

Children are welcome if they are receiving a service. If not, we kindly ask that you leave the little ones at home, as bringing them with you may result in your appointment being rescheduled + a rescheduling fee.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges for any retail product.
